Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive cost estimations and develop accurate quotations for internal construction projects.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with precision and efficiency.
• Proactively liaise with suppliers and external contractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure project viability.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Design, Sales, and Projects departments, fostering a cohesive team spirit.
• Demonstrate the ability to interpret and analyse technical drawings to inform costings.
• Manage and execute cost estimation projects independently, while working harmoniously within a team setting.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in construction-related costing is highly desirable.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
• Confidence in managing individual projects and contributing to team objectives.
• Demonstrated aptitude for reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Must be in possession of a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to access local sites as required.
