Client Liaison Officer - Freight & Supply Chain Location: CPT - Southern Suburbs Type: Contractor Job Summary: We are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join our client's team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating transportation, and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders from receipt to delivery Liaise with customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation Manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize urgent requests Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) A certificate in Logistics, Customer Service, or related field will be advantageous Experience: 2-5 years' experience in customer service and logistics Sound knowledge of local distribution, dispatch, and transport coordination Experience with ERP systems, specifically Syspro Key Skills: B2B communication Order management Product knowledge Logistics coordination If you have experience in freight logistics, excellent client liaison skills, and the ability to effectively manage orders and communication, we would love to hear from you.
