We're seeking a talented Production Manager to join our client's team in Gauteng!
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Supervisory or Management qualification advantageous
- Mine Overseer Certificate advantageous
- Minimum 8 years' experience in mining, quarrying, or aggregate production
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in a production environment
- Proven experience in sand mining and processing operations
- Knowledge of mobile plant, processing equipment, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of MHSA, OHSA, and environmental legislation
- Experience with production planning, budgeting, and cost control
