Branch Manager - Port Elizabeth Key Responsibilities Oversee smooth operations of the branch Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service Monitor and enhance the branch's financial performance Conduct market research and product analysis Manage staff performance, workflow, and daily outputs Ensure operational cost control and strict budget discipline Specific Functions Achieve and exceed branch sales targets Drive product visibility and brand awareness in the region Manage daily branch activities effectively and efficiently Maintain accurate stock records, controls, and reporting Key Requirements Proven managerial experience in a retail or depot environment Strong sales background with the ability to drive revenue Reside in Port Elizabeth or surrounding areas with knowledge of the local market Physically fit with a valid driver's licence Computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in Afrikaans and English Remuneration Basic salary with commission and bonus structure Company vehicle provided Sectors: Logistics, Warehouse & Freight, Manufacturing, Retail, Sales and Marketing Functions: Sales - Manager, Store ManagerDepot Manager - Strong ability to manage day-to-day branch operations, exceed sales targets, analyze trends, promote products, and maintain strong customer relationships. Skilled in stock management, interpreting financial reports, and leading retail teams effectively. Skills: Strong ability to manage day-to-day store operations in a high-volume retail environment. Skilled in opening/closing procedures, cash-up, banking, and compliance. Ensures consistent store standards. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue. Skilled in product promotion, in-store activations, and sales.
