Our client, one of South Africa’s leading construction companies, delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, residential, retail, hospitality, data centre, and infrastructure sectors, is looking for a Competent Contracts Manager for their exciting project based in Cape town.

Responsible for overseeing contracts, improving financial performance, and ensuring quality delivery across multiple smaller to medium sites and projects. Also, responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements, managing strategic risk, and implementing site-specific systems.

JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for managing multiple small and/or medium contracts various values.
  • Overseeing the management of multiple small and/or medium contracts valued between R 50 000 000 and R 300 000 000.

B.Sc/B.Eng/B.Tech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

10 years + experience as a Contracts Manager
