PBT Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Credit and Risk experience to join a high-performing team delivering strategic initiatives within a complex financial services environment.

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical Business Analyst who can confidently engage with stakeholders, analyse business processes, and translate business needs into functional requirements that drive technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.

  • Analyse end-to-end Credit and Risk business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Perform impact assessments across upstream and downstream systems.

  • Document current and future-state processes and functional specifications.

  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution designs.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within Credit and/or Risk.

  • Strong understanding of Credit and Risk business processes.

  • Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications and process documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

  • Mathematically strong with the ability to analyse complex business scenarios.

  • Financial Services experience is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Process modelling (BPMN/UML)

  • SQL exposure

  • Agile delivery experience

  • Experience working with enterprise risk or credit systems
