Guarding Sales Manager with extensive management experience to manage a team of 8 Sales Consultants.

Requirements Qualifications No formal qualification is required. Guarding sales experience is non negotiable Extensive management experience with a proven track record Skills and Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to conduct cold calling and effectively manage sales territories. Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills. Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities. Effective presentation and communication skills. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages. Additional Requirements South African citizen. Own reliable vehicle. Valid endorsed driver's license. Clear criminal record.
