An international engineering organisation is looking for a commercially driven Solution Sales Engineer to deliver value-based engineering solutions across industrial markets.

POSITION INFO

This is not a traditional product sales role. You'll partner with customers to identify opportunities for energy optimisation, interpret technical audit findings, and develop commercially sound solutions that improve operational performance and reduce lifecycle costs. Working closely with engineering teams, consultants, EPCs, installers, and end users, you'll engage multiple stakeholders while driving long-term business growth through consultative solution selling. Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.. Job Experience & Skills Required: 5+ years' experience in technical solution sales, engineering consulting or industrial optimisation. Experience within engineering consulting, EPC projects or industrial engineering environments. Strong understanding of industrial utilities, compressed air, piping, energy systems or process optimisation. Ability to develop value-based commercial proposals focused on ROI and lifecycle costing. Experience engaging engineering, operations and procurement stakeholders. Business development hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building skills. Energy management exposure or ISO 50001 knowledge advantageous. Apply now!
