SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory / Production Manager to join our team

POSITION INFO

Qualification Matric Relevant qualification in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field Requirements 3 - 5 Years' experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the FMCG food manufacturing industry. Proven experience managing day and night shifts. Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees. Strong production planning and scheduling experience. Good understanding of factory maintenance principles and equipment management. Sound knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
