You're a proactive Systems Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building trusted client relationships. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

You'll provide remote and on-site support, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking and cybersecurity environments, while taking ownership of incidents from start to finish. You'll also implement infrastructure improvements, backups, disaster recovery, patch management and proactive maintenance. This role is rewarding because you'll work with varied client environments, modern cloud technologies and meaningful projects where your expertise directly improves business performance and client satisfaction.

What you'll need

Previous Systems Engineer experience within an MSP is essential, together with Microsoft 365 certifications or equivalent IT qualifications. Strong skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, virtualisation, cybersecurity, RMM and PSA platforms are required, alongside excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
