The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensure accurate order processing, prepare sales reports, and liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient customer service. Key Responsibilities Sales Order Administration Receive sales orders from Sales Representatives and Agents. Prepare and sort orders for pricing approval. Communicate with Sales Representatives and Agents regarding order queries or discrepancies. Capture sales orders accurately onto the accounting system. Verify the accuracy of all processed orders. File completed sales orders and maintain organised records. Continuously update the order management system and remove outdated orders. Sales Reporting Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including: Month-to-Date (MTD) Reports Weekly Sales Meeting Reports Customer Review Reports Monthly Business Review (MBR) Reports Export Sales Reports Tonnage Reports 2L Sales Analysis SPAR Incentive Reports Heart Foundation Reports Sales Representative/Agent Performance Reviews Sales Representative Incentive Reports Mass Balance Reports General Administration Assist the Debtors Department with customer claims and account queries. Provide supporting documentation and information for annual financial audits. Update and distribute customer price lists. Assist with customer invoicing. Prepare proforma invoices and quotations for Sales Representatives, Agents, and customers. Compile monthly rebate reports. Perform general administrative duties to support the sales department. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). 2-5 years'' experience in a Sales Administration or Internal Sales Support role. Previous experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working on an ERP or accounting system. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
