Forklift Driver

Your areas of responsibility

• Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise.
• Scanning of final goods to the warehouse.
• Load and offload shipments.
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facilities.
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
• Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, before, during and after its use, as well as keeping the work area clean and free from materials that may prove hazardous.

Qualifications and Skills we are looking for

• Minimum National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
• Must hold a valid forklift operator license from a recognised training provider.
• 1 to 2 years' experience of forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.
