STORE MANAGER – LUXURY RETAIL

Location: Rustenburg / Sun City

Salary: R18 000 per month (Negotiable) + Commission

Khula Human Capital is recruiting an experienced Female Store Manager for a leading luxury retail brand based in Rustenburg / Sun City.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Store Manager within the luxury retail industry
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
• Stock control, merchandising and operational management experience
• Computer literate with strong administrative skills
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and exceed monthly targets
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
• Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences
• Manage stock, merchandising and inventory control
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure company standards are maintained
• Manage staff performance, scheduling and training
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure effective loss prevention and compliance with company procedures
