Facilities Manager – Cape Town CBD

Prism Placements has partnered with this key client looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to ensure property projects are completed efficiently, and that quality standards and project goals are met.

Remuneration:

• From R240K – R300K C.T.C. per annum plus fuel.

Experience & Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma / B-degree.
• Min 3-6yrs experience in a similar role from the property industry or similar.
• Proven experience managing multiple properties.
• Experience working on budgets, executing projects and negotiating best prices essential.
• Basic plumbing and HVAC skills non-negotiable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites essential.
• Well versed in Afrikaans and English.
