About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Integrated Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Security, Cleaning and Parking Services at Riverside Mall, Nelspruit. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing client relationships, ensuring contractual compliance, leading multidisciplinary operational teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional service standards.

Inherent requirements for the position (non-negotiable)
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- PSIRA Grade B Registration.
- Firearm Competency Certificate.
- Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle.
- 5–10 years' management experience within the Security, Cleaning and Parking industries.
- 3–5 years' Facilities Management experience.
- 3–5 years' Retail Operations experience.
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge and experience.
- Proven experience conducting Risk Assessments and Site Surveys.
- Solid computer literacy.
Additional demonstrable requirements
- Security Management qualification will be advantageous.
- SHEQ qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum two (2) years' training relating to "Introduction to Contract Cleaning Managers".
- Previous Military or SAPS experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven negotiation, planning and problem-solving skills.
- High ethical standards with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing
- Lead and manage the delivery of integrated Security, Cleaning and Parking Services.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing effective systems, controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, contractual obligations and the Company's Disciplinary Code of Conduct.
- Manage and develop multidisciplinary operational teams to achieve service delivery objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate operational activities between site teams, support departments and clients.
- Ensure all personnel perform their duties in accordance with site-specific Job Descriptions and operational requirements.
- Oversee on-site recruitment, training, coaching and performance management activities.
- Attend client meetings and provide innovative, site-specific operational solutions.
- Conduct operational reviews, risk assessments, site surveys and investigations, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Monitor operational performance through effective reporting, compliance monitoring and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in senior operational meetings and contribute to strategic operational planning.
