Branch Manager Logistics

Oversee all administrative and operational aspects of urban beverage distribution.

Execute People & Management routines, including Training and Development, Engagement, and Safety protocols.

Drive towards the achievement of unit budget goals, overseeing revenues, costs, and cash flow.

Ensure the team meets operational and administrative performance indicators.

Motivate, empower, and develop the administrative and operational team.

Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain safe working conditions.

Safeguard the company's assets, including vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain supplier relationships that align with company and customer needs.

Adhere strictly to company and client procedures, standards, and specifications.

Manage the proper use of uniforms and protective equipment.

Commit to operational goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
