Our international client is seeking an individual who can demonstrate a consistent record of gross profit growth engaging with Senior level CEOs & Directors managing their needs analysis, underpinned by a strong financial acumen.

REQUIREMENTS Matric, with a relevant qualification advantageous Fluency in English and Afrikaans essential Essential B2B product sales experience Excellent financial acumen, with a strong understanding of gross profit and finance margins and ability to prove in previous employment Driven to develop and grow customer relationships Ability to oversee an admin support team of four Proven negotiation and customer relationship management skills Proficient in CRM and ERP systems Ability to manage high-end tenders Duties Report into the Head of Business Development and manage the supporting sales support team Ensure best-practice customer retention strategies are in place, with clients contacted proactively and timeously Manage consultative sales opportunities Identify, create, and assess upselling opportunities with existing clients Manage tenders, pricing comparisons, and market analyses Ensure a clear understanding of clients' requirements Manage a successful sales pipeline Compile reports covering deadlines, pipeline updates, and loss analysis Identify new sales leads through networking and prospecting Maintain solid knowledge of industry products through ongoing research and attendance at industry events Apply strong commercial selling skills to close sales Manage customer queries and complaints, resolving them to the client's satisfaction Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
