Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate Degree in technical field Requirements Valid drivers license Resource management, technical preparation (preferably in the sector Plastic Packaging or in plant engineering), great familiarity with commercial aspects (negotiation, contracts and budget management) Proactivity, openness to dialogue, stress resistance, ability to deal with continuous problems that often require rapid problem identification, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with different cultures. Advanced English Availability for travel Duties Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions. Address customer inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and issue resolution. Collaborate with service and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Support pricing strategies and profitability objectives. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as required.
