Looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant!!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the Group, including workforce planning support, strategic sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding. The role is responsible for strengthening organisational capability by attracting and appointing suitably qualified professionals while delivering a professional, consistent and positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate will be an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in high-volume and specialised talent acquisition. Experience in technical recruitment, particularly within the IT and software development environments, will be essential. The individual must be able to navigate complex talent landscapes, build strong hiring manager relationships and secure suitable talent for evolving business needs.

•Matric / Grade 12.

•Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous.

5+ years’ recruitment experience in a full-cycle recruitment environment at all levels in an organisation for both temporary and permanent positions.

3+ years’ technical recruitment experience in roles such as software development and development management.

Demonstrated hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Deep understanding of technical stacks, coding languages and the differences between various IT and related roles.

Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ditto or similar sourcing platforms.
