Chief Engineer: Mechanical Centurion Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline - e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics or embedded systems Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO) Strong track record in novel product design and application of advanced technical solutions to real-world problems. Computer Literacy: MS Office (Proficient) MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial) Responsibilities: Solves complex challenges with creativity, strategic insight and innovative thinking. Lead the design and development of complex technical systems, ensuring that solutions are manufacturable, cost-effective and meet customer requirements. Conduct simulations, analyses and testing to validate performance and compliance with engineering and quality standards.
