SUMMARY

A challenging opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead all aspects of HR Operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment, driving operational excellence and business performance.

POSITION INFO

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential). Relevant Honours qualification (Desirable). Minimum 6- 8 years HR experience with strong HR operations experience. At least 4 -5 years Management experience Solid experience in HR operations. Project management exposure (advantageous). Experience in manufacturing, Automotive or FMCG environment (highly advantageous). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS). Sound knowledge of HR legislation including LRA, BCEA, EE Act. Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection best practices. EE and BBBEE knowledge and reporting.
