We are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join our client's team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating transportation, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders from receipt to delivery
• Liaise with customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize urgent requests

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A certificate in Logistics, Customer Service, or related field will be advantageous

Experience:

• 2-5 years' experience in customer service and logistics
• Sound knowledge of local distribution, dispatch, and transport coordination
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Syspro
