Role Purpose

The Advisor Acquisition Administrator provides end-to-end administrative support to the Adviser Acquisition team, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and seamless recruitment and onboarding process for Financial Advisers across all regions. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment administration, managing candidate documentation, facilitating compliance and due diligence processes, and serving as the primary liaison between candidates, Channel Operations, regional offices, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous.

Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a recruitment coordinator (Essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with compliance-driven recruitment processes is advantageous.
  • Experience within the financial services industry would be beneficial.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative activities throughout the Financial Adviser recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Conduct LexisNexis and other pre-employment screening and verification checks in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews including the booking of meeting rooms and managing interview logistics across regional offices.
  • Arrange psychometric assessments and communicate booking details to candidates and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect, verify and maintain all required onboarding documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Perform due diligence on candidate documentation and follow up on any outstanding or incorrect information.
  • Conduct recruitment-related compliance checks and ensure all governance requirements are met before onboarding.
  • Liaise with Personal Assistants, Provincial Assistants, Channel Operations, Compliance and other internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding recruitment and onboarding requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment administration queries from candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and submit onboarding documentation to Channel Operations within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, trackers and candidate files to support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional administrative duties and project work as required.
