Training Officer

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and driven Training Officer to join our Learning & Development team in Newcastle. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and influencing business results through effective training.

Key Accountable Responsibilities

Facilitate impactful training interventions that drive performance and productivity

Develop and support new employees and identified successors to ensure readiness for growth opportunities

Partner with line managers to strengthen team capability and performance

Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes

Travel extensively

Competency and qualification requirements

Grade 12

Facilitator/Train the trainer qualification

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Training Officer within a performance-driven environment

Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable training outcomes

Microfinance industry experience advantageous
