Cleaning Supervisor & Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor & Administrato r to oversee daily cleaning operations, staff supervision, payroll administration, stock control, training coordination, and health & safety compliance within a healthcare environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage staff attendance, leave, uniforms, and payroll-related administration.
• Update and maintain PRP/Honeycomb records. Conduct stock control, asset checks, and submit monthly orders for chemicals, stationery, and uniforms.
• Maintain site files and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Coordinate staff training, toolbox talks, and e-learning activities.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Investigate incidents and complete required health and safety documentation.
• Attend client meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a cleaning or similar environment.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with PRP and Honeycomb systems will be advantageous.
