HR Business Partner

One of our clients in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team, reporting to the HR Manager. The successful candidate must have at least 5–7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and must have experience working in a highly unionised environment

Job description

• Employee compensation and benefits and support remuneration reviews
• Ensure Employment Equity compliance
• Employee Relations & IR - Resolving grievances, and managing disciplinary processes in accordance with SA Labour Relations
• Training and Development, ensuring compliance with skills development programs
• Drive workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and Talent Management initiatives
• Facilitate and support Performance Management processes and a high performance culture
• Lead and support Organisational Transformation, Change Management and Employee Engagement Initiatives

Qualifications required

• BCom / BTech / National Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology or any other equivalent qualification
• A Post Graduate Diploma would be advantageous

Skills and experience required

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
• Must have proven experience working in a highly unionised environment
• Must have FMCG, Manufacturing, Mining, Engineering or any Heavy industrial sectors experience
• Full HR experience / Generalist experience
• Experience in Operations, Wage negotiations etc
• Experience and knowledge in South African Labour legislation and South African Labour Law

R 550 000 CTC per annum
