SUMMARY

Our client in the network and technology sector is seeking a Business Analyst – AI & Automation resource on a contract duration of 6 months.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Business Analyst – AI & Automation is responsible for identifying, analysing, qualifying, prioritising and supporting the delivery of AI, Generative AI, Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives across Fintech. The role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, ensuring business challenges are translated into clear requirements, measurable outcomes and successful AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate must possess strong business analysis capability together with practical AI literacy, including an understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering and Responsible AI principles. The role is focused on business value realisation, ensuring AI investments solve real business problems, improve customer experiences, increase productivity, reduce operational costs and support strategic objectives.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Qualifications Essential Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Management or a related field. Strong understanding of business analysis methods, Agile delivery and requirements documentation. Preferred Certifications ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile Business Analysis certification. Microsoft AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft Copilot fundamentals training. Exposure to Responsible AI, Data Governance, Product Ownership or Design Thinking training is advantageous. Experience Essential 5+ years Business Analysis experience. Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives. Experience working within Agile delivery teams. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. Experience developing BRDs, BRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and test scenarios. Preferred Experience in AI, automation, analytics, digital platforms, fintech, telecommunications or banking projects. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, GenAI use cases, Azure AI services or Power Platform. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Power BI or similar delivery and collaboration tools. Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
