SUMMARY

Senior AI Platform Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced

Senior AI Platform Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery, adoption, and scaling of enterprise AI platform initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business and technology teams, drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure the successful implementation of AI, GenAI, cloud, and platform capabilities across a global organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software delivery, platform management, Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation, with experience working in AI-driven environments.

POSITION INFO

Essential Skills Strong stakeholder management across business and IT. Proven end-to-end delivery management experience, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource management. Agile leadership experience (Scrum, SAFe, and multi-team coordination). Experience working within AI, Generative AI, DevOps, or platform engineering environments. Ability to define, refine, and manage business requirements and use cases. Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management capabilities. Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. Advantageous Skills Experience with AI platform ecosystems and enterprise AI enablement platforms. Understanding of cloud technologies and architectures, including AWS and Azure. Experience with developer productivity and AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot. Knowledge of enterprise IT governance, compliance, and delivery frameworks. Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or platform rollouts. Technical background in software engineering, platform engineering, or solution delivery. Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption practices. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in software delivery, platform management, or technology program delivery roles. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional Agile teams in complex environments. Experience delivering cloud, DevOps, AI, or enterprise platform solutions. Proven track record of delivering large-scale global technology initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
