We’re looking for a Manager: Transport & Warehouse Operations (E-Commerce) to take the lead across warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logistics.

POSITION INFO

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse, transport, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile delivery operations Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, service levels, and overall performance Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse processes, order fulfilment, and transport operations. Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions where required Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced e-commerce environment Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing operational teams Manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analysis tools to support operational decision-making Work closely with key business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve operational objectives. Identify process improvement and technology-driven opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience Ensure operational standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently maintained Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is compulsory 5-7 years' experience in warehouse management, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logistics Strong experience across logistics, e-commerce, retail, fashion, and technology sectors Proven competence in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analysis tools. Demonstrated track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams Experience engaging with business partners and key stakeholders in a cross-functional environment Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment In sending your CV, you confirm that you have read and understood our POPI Policy found on our website
