Data & Solutions Analyst

What you'll actually do

• Identify gaps in how the business uses data — then build the thing that closes them
• Create tools, dashboards, and automations that people actually rely on
• Translate business questions into working solutions, not just slide decks
• Prototype fast, iterate faster — good enough and shipping beats perfect and pending
• Work across teams to understand problems from the ground up

You're probably the right fit if you

• Have built something, a tool, a script, an automation - because a problem bugged you enough
• Are comfortable with SQL, Python, or similar and know when to use what
• Can pick up a new tool quickly and make it do something useful
• Have opinions about how things should work and the skills to back them up
• Communicate what you've built and why it matters, to anyone
