Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Jnr - Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our team. This role is focused on creating high-quality visual and motion content across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on design execution and brand consistency.

You will work across multiple client brands, producing content that supports digital campaigns and day-to-day marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms, with a focus on social media
• Create motion graphics for digital campaigns and social content
• Develop creative assets that align with brand CI and business objectives
• Adapt static designs into engaging motion content where required
• Create marketing materials such as posters, mailers and promotional content
• Adapt and resize content across various formats and platforms
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs for each brand
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital and Social Media Managers to deliver on client requirements
• Edit and enhance photographic content, including colour grading and image treatments, to meet professional standards

Secondary Responsibilities (Advantageous)

• Basic video editing for social media content
• Photography and/or videography support when required
• Contribution to web design projects where applicable

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a design or multimedia role
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and motion work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop essential) & Canva
• Basic proficiency in After Effects and Premier Pro
• Understanding of modern design principles and digital best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Good communication and collaboration skills
