A well-established dental practice in Somerset West, Western Cape, is seeking an HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment. Position Details: Permanent position Position available ASAP Location: Somerset West, Western Cape Working Hours: ± 140 – 160 hours per month Flexible working hours Some Saturday shifts (rotational basis) Remuneration: Commission-based: 33% – 50% of turnover Commission earned on ALL patients, whether accounts are paid or not No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years’ private practice experience HPCSA registration (must be up to date) Malpractice/indemnity insurance must be in place Practice & Support: Dental Assistant will be provided Dentists manage their own billing Practice management system: GoodX How to Apply: Interested and suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply online with their updated CV.
