Qualifications

• Matric essential
• BA Certification and/or relevant IT qualification

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Experience creating use case and BPMN diagrams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

KPAs

• Gather and document business requirements
• Create functional specifications and process documentation
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Develop use case and workflow diagrams
• Support successful project delivery and solution implementation
