The Role

This Junior AI Automation Developer position supports our engagement with a Pan-African financial services group. We are building systems to help their leadership navigate large-scale data and internal processes more effectively. As a remote member of our technical team, you will help bridge the gap between rigorous organizational analysis and the automated flows that make those findings actionable. This role is about creating reliable, evidence-backed tools rather than chasing tech trends. You will work within a fully remote structure, contributing to the technical side of our consulting projects.

What You Will Do

• Help document existing manual workflows within the financial services project to identify consistent points of friction.
• Assist in the setup and testing of automated data collection scripts to support our organizational audits and research.
• Draft clear technical documentation that explains how AI-driven tools support specific decision rights and workflows.
• Monitor automated systems to ensure they remain accurate and provide consistent outputs for our consulting team.
• Collaborate with senior developers to refine logic and prompts for internal analysis tools.
• Organize and clean datasets from various client departments to prepare them for structural modeling.
• Participate in internal reviews of code and logic to maintain the precision our clients expect from our work.

What We Are Looking For

• Familiarity with how large language models can be used to categorize and summarize text-heavy data sets.
