  • Keep continuous record of customer contact details and schedule of contacts.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide business management data to customers on budget spent and discount structure to improve/encourage further spend
  • Recommend compatible parts, provide pricing, prepare quotations, and negotiate competitive prices
  • Process payments, manage invoices, update customer databases, and handle returns or warranties
  • Match parts to specific makes and models
  • Maintain stock levels, and drive sales revenue through excellent customer service
  • Matric
  • Minimum 1 year experience within commercial part sales
