What You Will Be Doing
Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations across administration, inventory and procurement functions. You will work closely with warehouse team and will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, supporting stock control processes, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to the smooth running of inventory and procurement activities. You will also be involved in physical stock checks and collaborate with forklift operators and warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a fast-paced administrative or operational environment, with strong data entry, inventory and coordination skills. You will be confident using Excel and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Your Role Will Include
- Supporting data entry, stock control and inventory management processes.
- Assisting with procurement activities and supplier coordination.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in a timely manner.
- Conducting physical stock checks and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Liaising with warehouse staff and forklift operators to ensure smooth operations.
- Using Microsoft Excel to track, analyse and report on stock and operational data.
- Supporting the team to meet daily operational and production targets.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace procedures and safety requirements.
What You Will Need
- Strong administration experience within inventory, procurement or stock control environments.
- Proven experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong system experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Comfortable being hands-on, including conducting physical stock checks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Reliable transport.
