This includes managing the availability of staff and vehicles, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints, and maintaining relationships with service contractors and suppliers. The role will also be responsible for monitoring daily operations, addressing driver and store queries, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements, and overseeing staff performance and development.
