Our client, is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their team based in Sandton. You'll take ownership of internal audit activities across multiple business units while providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. Candidate Profile: Qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 5 years' post-articles experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Governance, or Financial Audit Experience within retail, manufacturing, multinational, or similarly complex business environments Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management principles, internal controls, and IFRS Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong reporting and analytical capabilities An independent, commercially minded professional with excellent judgement, resilience, and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal audit engagements from planning through to reporting across multiple business units Conduct risk assessments, IT General Controls (ITGC) reviews, and evaluate governance and compliance frameworks Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations to improve business processes and mitigate risk Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management, Audit Committees, and the Board Drive audit planning and execution in accordance with internal audit standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives Apply Now!
