Job Title: Signage Sales Representative / Project Manager Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Approximately R20 000 per month, based on experience, including attractive commission structure About the Role: An established and growing signage manufacturing company seeking an energetic, driven and customer-focused Signage Sales Representative / Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who can generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and manage projects from concept through to final installation. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Conduct client meetings and site visits (information gathering) Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities Manage signage projects from order confirmation to final installation Liaise with clients, designers, production, procurement and installation teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate CRM and project records Minimum Requirements: Proven (minimum of 5 years) experience in the signage industry (essential) Experience in both sales and project management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to read technical drawings and understand signage manufacturing processes Computer literate (Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience advantageous) Valid South African driver's licence + reliable car & mobile phone Self-motivated, professional and results-driven What''s On Offer: Competitive basic salary - +/- R20K per month (based on experience) Attractive commission structure (5% on sales generated) Company tools required to perform the role Opportunity to grow within a well-established signage company Supportive team environment with exciting projects across various industries If you have a passion for sales, enjoy managing projects from start to finish, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
