Our client is looking for an experienced Inbound Travel Packages Quoting Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you're passionate about Southern Africa, thrive on creating tailor-made itineraries, and enjoy working with international travel partners, this is an opportunity to be part of a business that delivers exceptional travel experiences to the global market. You'll be responsible for designing, costing and quoting tailor-made FIT and group travel packages across Southern Africa for overseas tour operators, online travel platforms and internal sales initiatives. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure every quotation is accurate, competitive, commercially viable and delivered within agreed turnaround times. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and costing bespoke travel itineraries across Southern Africa. Preparing accurate, competitive and profitable quotations. Sourcing accommodation, transport, activities and experiences from preferred suppliers. Negotiating competitive rates and building strong supplier relationships. Ensuring every quotation is accurate, commercially sound and quality checked before submission. Managing multiple quotations while consistently meeting turnaround times. Following up quotations to maximise conversion rates. Liaising with Reservations, Operations and Contracting teams to ensure seamless delivery. Providing exceptional service to overseas tour operators and trade partners. The ideal candidate must fit the following criteria : Minimum 3 years' experience as an Inbound Tour Consultant, FIT Consultant or Package Consultant. Experience working with overseas tour operators and international travel trade partners. Proven experience designing, costing and quoting tailor-made travel itineraries. Strong knowledge of Southern African destinations and tourism products. Excellent commercial awareness, numerical ability and attention to detail. Strong negotiation, organisational and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation or quotation systems. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
