Afriqa Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities across the organization. This role is responsible for providing accurate financial insights, monitoring performance, and helping management make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Support month-end and year-end financial analysis activities.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.
• Experience preparing financial reports and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
