Location: Cavendish Mall and Constantia Mall Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' retail management experience Strong leadership and people management skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Passion for fashion, retail, and customer service Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays Experience in premium or lifestyle retail will be advantageous Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the company Brand Drive store profitability and operational excellence Recruit, coach, train, and develop team members Manage stock control, merchandising, and visual standards Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Build strong relationships with customers and create brand loyalty Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business
