CNC Setter Milling / 3 Axis Key responsibilities Operate CNC machine with Haas controls Set up and adjust machine to meet production requirements Use precision measuring equipment to verify the accuracy of machined parts. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and maintain tight tolerances. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines as needed. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator/Setter. Proficient in operating/Setting CNC machine with Haas controls is essential. Strong knowledge of basic machine setting techniques Ability to use various measuring equipment (calipers,micrometers,gauges,etc ). A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain strict tolerances. Excellence problem solving skills Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Commitment to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
