Our client, a leading global creative business, is looking for a Finance Systems Senior Support Analyst to join their Cape Town team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance systems professional with strong NetSuite expertise who enjoys improving processes, supporting users, and driving system enhancements. Reporting to the Finance Systems Support Lead, you will play a key role in supporting finance teams across the business, enhancing system functionality, and helping to develop best practices for finance system users. Key Responsibilities Provide second-line support for finance system queries, primarily within NetSuite Create and maintain NetSuite saved searches and reports to meet business requirements Identify opportunities to improve finance system processes and workflows Assist with implementing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Develop, update, and maintain finance system training materials Create engaging training videos and user guides Deliver training sessions to finance teams and support user adoption Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Finance Systems Support team Promote best practices and increase NetSuite knowledge across the wider finance function Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend effective system solutions Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field Several years' experience supporting finance systems in a commercial environment Strong working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is essential Experience creating saved searches, reports, and dashboards within NetSuite Proven experience delivering user training and producing training documentation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Opportunity to join an internationally recognised organisation Work with a collaborative and supportive finance systems team Exposure to global finance operations and projects A role where you can genuinely influence process improvements and user experience Competitive salary and excellent career growth opportunities Ready to take your finance systems career to the next level?
