RPA Support Specialist
Braun Management
Braun Management works with executive teams to resolve organizational friction and structural inefficiencies that hinder growth. We provide rigorous analysis and evidence-backed paths forward when decision rights and operational clarity have been lost.
The Role
The RPA Support Specialist exists to maintain the technical foundation of our automated business processes. This role is not about creating flashy new software, but about the steady, necessary work of ensuring our existing automations remain functional and accurate. In this entry level position, you will help manage the software robots that handle repetitive data tasks, ensuring they reflect the structural truth of our operations. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of precision and a commitment to clear documentation within a professional, distributed team. You will be helping to remove the technical friction that can slow down our analysis and consulting work.
What You Will Do
- Monitor active automated workflows daily to ensure they are completing their tasks without errors or data discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve minor logic issues or data entry conflicts when an automation script stalls.
- Create detailed written documentation for every technical incident, including the initial error and the specific steps taken to resolve it.
- Assist in the testing phase of new automated processes, providing feedback on stability before they are introduced to client systems.
- Provide clear, concise status updates to the broader consulting team regarding the health of our technical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits of automation logs to find recurring patterns of error that might suggest a deeper structural issue.
- Update secure configuration files and manage the digital credentials used by our software robots in a controlled manner.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to suggest small, evidence-backed improvements to existing workflows based on your observations.
- Ensure all automated tasks align with our internal standards for data integrity and accountability.
What We Are Looking For
- Basic familiarity with automation concepts or logic-based systems, which may have been gained through university projects or personal study.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot small discrepancies in large datasets or log files.
- A methodical approach to problem solving that prioritizes identifying the root cause of an issue rather than finding a quick fix.
- The ability to write clear, professional English for technical reports and internal documentation.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment, including the ability to manage your own time and tasks without direct supervision.
- Curiosty about how complex business systems operate and a desire to understand the mechanics of organizational processes.
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn the specific tools we use to manage our robotic process automation.
- A preference for accuracy and technical reliability over speed or aesthetic design.
- An appreciate for the unglamorous but essential work of technical maintenance and support.
How We Work
Braun Management is built on a foundation of remote collaboration and deep documentation. Since our team is entirely distributed, we rely heavily on written communication rather than frequent meetings to maintain clarity and accountability. We do not provide flashy presentations or generic advice, and we expect the same grounded approach from our staff. Working here means having the autonomy to manage your own workspace, provided that your technical outputs are rigorous and your communication is consistent. We value the sober second thought and prioritize evidence-backed conclusions in everything we do. Our team culture is one of intellectual rigor, where every process is documented and every technical decision is justified by data.
What We Offer
- Full-time, permanent employment with a stable consulting firm.
- A fully remote work arrangement that offers flexibility in how you manage your day.
- Competitive compensation for the role and the market, ensuring that your contributions are valued.
- A professional environment that avoids corporate hype and focuses on meaningful, structural work.
- Ongoing opportunities to learn about business automation and organizational consulting from experienced professionals.
- A culture that prioritizes clear writing and logical thinking over office politics or administrative noise.
- The chance to work on technical problems that have a direct impact on how executive teams manage their organizations.
The work of an RPA Support Specialist is a vital part of the service we provide to our clients. By ensuring our automated systems are reliable and our data is accurate, you allow our consultants to focus on solving high-level challenges. This role provides a clear view into how modern business systems are structured and how they can be improved through careful technical management. Your commitment to precision helps us maintain the high standards of evidence and analysis that Braun Management is known for.
