Braun Management specializes in solving the complex organizational problems that executive teams often struggle to address internally. We provide rigorous analysis and evidence-backed conclusions to help leadership teams navigate structural friction and clarify decision rights.

The role

As we work with executive teams across various sectors, we generate a significant amount of data and documentation that requires careful handling. The Workflow Automation Assistant role was created to manage the technical systems that support our consulting work. This position focuses on reducing manual tasks by building and maintaining logical sequences between our digital tools. It is an entry-level role designed for someone who enjoys organizing information and finding the most straightforward way to complete a task. You will be a vital part of our fully remote team, ensuring that our internal operations remain as precise as the advice we give to our clients.

What you will do

  • Map out existing manual workflows by observing how consultants gather and store client information.
  • Build and maintain automated connections between our project management tools and central databases.
  • Monitor our automation logs regularly to identify and fix any errors in data transfer.
  • Create and update standardized templates for internal reports and executive summaries.
  • Audit digital archives to ensure that all documentation is categorized correctly and easy to retrieve.
  • Help migrate manual spreadsheet data into our automated tracking systems.
  • Draft clear, step-by-step instructions for team members on how to use new automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to identify areas where organizational friction can be reduced through better technical logic.

What we are looking for

  • A strong interest in how complex business systems work and a desire to make them more efficient.
  • Basic familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make, or the curiosity to learn them thoroughly on the job.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on being direct and professional.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a preference for organized, error-free work.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying accountable to deadlines.
  • A logical approach to problem-solving, especially when troubleshooting technical errors.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large sets of qualitative information.
  • A disciplined mindset that values the unglamorous but necessary work of system maintenance.

How we work

Braun Management operates as a fully remote firm, which means we prioritize clear documentation over frequent meetings. We value a culture of deep thinking and precision, where every team member is responsible for their own workload and output. Because we do not have a physical office, we rely on written communication to maintain transparency and share progress. This environment suits professionals who are self-directed and who appreciate a work culture focused on logic and evidence rather than corporate theater.

What we offer

  • A permanent, full-time position with a stable and growing firm.
  • Competitive pay that is attractive for the entry-level market.
  • A fully remote work arrangement that allows you to manage your own environment.
  • Practical experience with automation tools and business documentation in a professional setting.
  • A work culture that prizes intellectual rigor and honest communication.
  • Direct exposure to the investigative processes used in executive-level consulting.

By refining our internal systems, you enable our consultants to address the difficult organizational truths our clients face daily. Your work ensures that our evidence is organized and our processes are dependable, which is the foundation of the structural advice we provide. In this role, you contribute to the overall stability of the firm by managing the technical infrastructure that supports our growth. You will help build the systems that allow us to provide clear, written paths forward for leadership teams facing their most difficult challenges.
