Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to join their Finance Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving business processes, analysing data, documenting workflows, and supporting transformation initiatives. You will work closely with finance teams and key stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies, enhance processes, and support continuous improvement projects across the finance function. Key Responsibilities Analyse current finance processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Document and map end-to-end business processes using tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar Maintain process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process libraries Gather, clean, and analyse data to support business insights and decision-making Prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards Coordinate workshops, testing sessions, and stakeholder feedback Develop training materials, user guides, and change management communications Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, tools, and process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline Experience analysing and improving finance or business processes Exposure to finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), or Record-to-Report (RTR) Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience analysing data Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart will be advantageous Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives Previous Shared Services Centre experience will be advantageous Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join This Opportunity?
