Do you have a passion for creating exceptional African safari experiences?
We’re looking for an experienced Direct Travel Specialist to join a leading luxury travel company, designing unforgettable journeys across Southern and East Africa.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ reservations experience within a tour operating environment
- Strong knowledge of Southern & East African destinations
- Experience creating FIT itineraries from quotation through to travel documentation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Tourplan experience will be a distinct advantage
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and plan tailor-made safari itineraries
- Handle reservations from enquiry through to final documentation
- Deliver outstanding service to direct guests
- Build destination knowledge and provide expert travel advice
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic reservations team
