SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced Finance Procurement and Project Accountant to join a dynamic finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you're immediately available and ready to make an impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: BCom Accounting degree or National Diploma in Accounting/Finance 3-5 years' relevant accounting experience Experience within the Hospitality industry is highly advantageous (Property industry experience will also be considered) Strong understanding of: VAT and Tax compliance Journal processing Bank reconciliations Financial reporting Audit preparation and support IFRS standards Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process financial journals and month-end activities Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records Manage VAT and tax-related reconciliations and submissions Support internal and external audit processes Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies Assist with procurement accounting and financial reporting Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls
