SUMMARY

A purpose-driven travel and conservation company, operating safari lodges and camps across Africa, is looking for a HUBSPOT SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join their CRM team.

POSITION INFO

This role suits someone who's technically sharp on HubSpot and just as comfortable training others on it. You'll be the internal go-to person for troubleshooting, system optimisation, and building the kind of training content that actually gets used. Core Criteria: HubSpot Certification (Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub) 2+ years of CRM or technical support experience Solid grasp of HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, data management and custom fields Proven track record resolving technical issues through a ticketing system Experience building training materials and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users Exposure to B2B and/or B2C sales and marketing workflows is a plus Comfortable with video creation tools, or willing to learn Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to run live training sessions A methodical, root cause approach to problem solving High attention to detail and solid documentation habits Core Responsibilities: Manage support tickets and resolve HubSpot queries via helpdesk, Slack and email Troubleshoot workflow automation, form setup and reporting issues Configure and optimise HubSpot workflows, automation and data structures Handle first-line integration troubleshooting, escalating complex cases where needed Run live training sessions and workshops for new and existing users Deliver in-person training at the company's Johannesburg office (occasionally Cape Town) Build training guides, how-to articles and demo videos Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and troubleshooting content Manage user access, permissions and role assignments Build and maintain reports and dashboards for team visibility Track helpdesk metrics and flag recurring issues or trends Support adoption of new features and process changes across teams Act as the link between end users and the Head of CRM on system needs Johannesburg / Cape Town, 3 days in office - primarily in Johannesburg with occasional Cape Town travel (live-out) Opportunity to grow the role as the CRM support function expands Work within a business with a genuine conservation and sustainability focus
